taking off the roof was done, they slid a latter across our Gutters while still on it, put holes in window Screens, did not nail down aluminum flashing on trim they disrupted, had water come into the house over night, due to not being protected from the elements before Shingles were put on. Trim around the shingled bay window is not done right. Damaged our above ground pool, which we ended up having to replace. (Might of been older, but only needed a new Liner). Tossed food down on the ground next to garbage cans, did not take the time to put it into its place. Not sure if this crew works for them any longer, the first time they did a roof for us on our Barn, things went great! Just in Disbelief of the head ache it turned into.

The crew who came out was lead by Brad. The team was courteous and arrived bright and early. I had no issues with the crew, only that lack of preparedness or knowledge of my particular project caused them to not have all the materials they needed at the start, and the project lasted more days than anticipated. I do feel that I got a great job at a great price, and after some tricky issues with the chimney flashing was causing leaks, the crew was back out two times to help track down how water was getting in.

Crew showed up early, and ready to work.  Crew leader was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions.  It took a few days longer than anticipated and there was a little bit of down time waiting for crew to go fetch materials out of town, but in the end, my roof and I were given excellent treatment.  Owner Brady was at my doorstep any time I needed to point something out or ask more questions.  Mullins roofing was professional, very communicative, patient, and meticulous.  No other roofers I called even wanted my job (or wanted three arms and two legs to do it).  Mullins was great to work with and I'll definitely use them again and recommend them.

They were one of the few companies once finding out this was

a rental property, and I lived out of state, actually offered to take pictures

during the process and kept me up to date on the progress. The estimate was

done quickly after my call, provided me with insurance certificate, and

references. The price to do the roof was fair, and they started a few weeks

after the agreement. They worked every day, except one rainy day until it was

finished. My tenant said they were respectful and respected her privacy, and

they cleaned up after themselves daily. Very pleased with overall.

We were satisfied with their work. We will use this service in the future.
