They're pretty excellent. A few times in 5 years, they forgot to pick up, which necessitated a call from my wife...and they quickly took care of the problem. They are on time, they take care of business, and if you for some reason need to dispose of anything aside from the regular weekly pickup, you can take it to them directly.

They have never failed to pick up garbage or special collections regardless of weather. I have checked with other companies and Modern Waste still is the most reasonable.

I would recommend it to anybody I guess it's friendly guess. In terms of price they are competitive with everybody in the Jackson County so they are good and I think everybody is too high in that area but it's with everybody else comparatively. I would use them again in the future as I use them every week.
