Very disappointed with their customer service and their lack of concern for their past jobs!! Had some issues with our backyard patio and never heard back. Called several times and never received a call back. Very disappointed!! Will not recommend to others!!

The pricing was really good. Initial work took a while to be started and completed. Communications with Mata Brothers was sometimes responsive and other times not responsive to calls and emails. Five months after completion of the work it was noticed that cracking of the concrete had already occurred in both the patio and the driveway. Calls and emails were left notifying them of the situation and no responses were received. After a lengthy period of time, JR Mata was finally contacted and finally came out and outlined a lengthy series of repairs that needed to be completed, including adding cuts to the concrete that he said should have been completed when the concrete was put in. He stated someone would be out that week to complete repairs. No one came. After a lengthy period of Mata Brothers not responding to emails and phone calls, I finally got them to send someone out. They added a few cuts and then left, leaving all other repairs uncompleted. After weeks of them not responding to calls and emails, a letter was left at their business location. After over a week and still no response, a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. There still hasn't been any response.

Great job. Hard workers. Would hire them again.

Poor craftsmanship and unlevel concrete in the garage and driveway causing water to go tords the house. The issue was taken to small claims court where mata insisted that the concrete had wire mesh embedded a year later the concrete was cut out and no mesh was found.

Sloppy and absolutely no customer service after money was exchanged. Asked for a receipt three times and never got one. Border was very sloppy. Spilled sealer in several spots, and didn't seal in other spots.

Started job promptly Did a fine job.

The concrete was poured on one day and the finishing was completed within 3 days. Nice company but they left my yard and the surrounding of my driveway not looking nice at all. The concrete around one of my windows was left with a clump of cement. I have requested that they come and finish but it still is not done. They request payment after the pour but the job isn't completed.
