Hilltop Contracting has been sued twice and lost both times. Once in Franklin, (Adrian) Michigan Court in 2015 and again in Livingston County Court in 2018. He did not complete the jobs. I had to hire another barn expert to finish my job and sue for the damages Hilltop did to my barn. The Livingston County judge awarded me $30,000 for the damages they caused. He claims he doesn't have any work and cannot pay me. I don't want to see anyone else experience what I went through.
