Finicky Flooring follows the industry and/or the manufacturers installation guidelines to assure a problem free floor. We also only use experienced, dependable, properly trained flooring mechanics. Many local references and job pictures available upon request. We require 50% down upon job bid/ start and the remainder upon completion and satisfaction of the work performed.
