These people were very nice, and I liked that they picked the car up and returned it.  However there were a couple of problems.  When the car was returned, it looked wonderful at first glance.  Unfortunately I shortly discovered that the leather seats, which were beautiful and shiny before detailing, had huge dull spots all over them, and were actually tacky to the feel.  When climbing into the car the previously slippery seats felt like cloth seats.  I took the car back in and they reconditioned the seats while I waited, but there was no change.  Awful.  I have now reconditioned them twice myself, and they have improved greatly.  They should be back to normal after one or two more applications.  While reconditioning the dull dashboard, I picked up a great deal of dirt on my rag, and when I rolled the windows down, they were still dirty along the tops.  They blamed the dull seats on body oils (my fault), which seems unlikely since no one has ever used the back seat.  They were unable to completely clean between the driver's seat and the console, and though it wasn't perfect, they did a reasonably decent job considering the spills they had to deal with.  They pressured me a bit to have the outside detailed as well (quoting different prices over the phone and in person), and I opted out, but when the car was returned I was charged $20 more than I was quoted for the inside.  Since I wrote the figures down as they were given to me, I know mine were correct, but they insisted that the mistake was mine.  In the end they did knock $10 off due to the lack of perfection between the seat and console, but it was still $10 more than quoted for a marginal job of detailing.  If you use this company, get a quote in writing, don't expect perfection, and keep in mind that the customer isn't always right.

He did an excellent job. I defiantly will use him again. He also brought the car home when he was finished.

Did a fabulous job on my wife's 2009 Escape. This was the first time since it was new that it received more than a quick vacuum wipe down job on the interior and the first hand wax too. Very prompt service, above and beyond what was expected. The wife says it looks as nice as the day we brought it home new from the dealership.

He does good work. I've never had to take anything back. I have an old corvette that I take to auto shows so, if I'm feeling lazy and I don't want to wax it or detail under the hood, I take it to him. For $150 it looks like it just came out of the showroom. I'm real happy with him. My whole family uses him. We've tried other ones and they just haven't been as good as him.

They were recommended to me and did just a great job. They worked very fast and were very nice. I will use them again in the future.
