 + -1 moreComcast has great speed and reliability. I don't like the bill going up every few months. I don't like the punctuality. I will stay will them over all others because of speed and reliability. I may cancel the cable portion at some point because the cost will be going up again!
Description of Work: Provides Cable, Internet and Phone service for my home on a monthly basis. I contacted them in May 2013 to cancel some services because of cost. They were able to keep services the same and lower my bill temporarily.

 + -1 moreIt went well but this was the second time they came to the house. They were not able to install the first time because the technician told us that we needed to hire en electrician to phish the wire to an inside wall. We did so and the installation went very smoothly.
Description of Work: Installed Comcast TV and wireless in home. Replaced main wire outside that went to the pole.
