APPLEGATE HEATING & AIR

We've used them for many, many years, they're the best. Their always excellent, we used them at our old home, that's why we go back to them. They left the area clean, I never knew they were here. The last time we used them was about 22 years ago; no, we used them about 15 years ago. They put in a new air cleaner in our new home. They come out and put in the new air filters for us every 6 months.

I've been using them for probably 15 years. They got the whole thing done in 1 day which I thought was a massive job because I didn't have central air before that so that was a pressed installation. But the furnace installation made up for that because that was an easy swap to a high efficiency system. They nailed it and they were sweeping and cleaning up on their way out. I couldn't complain about anything.

They are a very large supplier of heating systems in the Lansing area. They've been impeccably attentive. I plan on using them again. They're real attentive to your needs, they listen well and they've just got a depth of experience and knowledge second to none.

I've used them for years. They replaced my furnace a few years ago and added on an A/C. They are dependable. They do good work and stand behind it.

Don was great. Before we called Applegate, a different contract came out and told us that it would cost $700-1000 to fix our system and at least $6495 to replace it. Don came out and made two little tweaks to our system and had the AC running for $117.

Applegate is wonderful! I also had my vents/ducts cleaned by Applegate after the ceiling insulation was input. There was NOT one problem with Applegate. Workers, sales personnel, returned telephone calls were very courteous and responsive. I might add it was minus -8 below zero when working in the crawl space. I would recommend Applegate for anyone. I am also considering having a humidifier installed on my furnace.....very good prices!!!!

We were pleased with the work they did and the pricing as well. They are very nice people.

It went great. Offered two options, with different prices. Were very quick as we needed heat. As they were getting details for the furnace, I discovered the water heater problem. Called them over the phone and they were able to do that at the same time. Great to work with.

I used them in 1998 to install a furnace and they have worked for me for the last 20 years before that. I will use them again in the future.

They have been excellent to work with. Their coordination was very good. They did a good job. The quality of work was very good. The people are well trained and they were courteous. They were good as I estimated. We've had the same person coming out to maintain the furnace for a couple of months. I have no complaints against them.
