Powerwashing
I was quoted based on the premise that the job would take two days with two power washers. He worked one day with one power washer and still charged me full price. We could argue about weather the job was done completely or not. My supervisor was working with him, but I would not be very proud of the work. performed. He made sure he came by to get his check today.
