Last year, I used their services for heating maintenance. They were fair and professional, and did not try to sell me something that I didn't need.
This year, my furnace died. They told me how much it would cost to repair, without trying to sell me anything additional. Because of the cost of the repair, the age
of the furnace, and the expensive brand of the existing furnace, I chose
to have them install a new furnace. The installation went smoothly, the
workers were professional, and they used drop cloths to protect my carpeting.
