CLOVERLAND PLUMBING

This minor repair went very well. The repairman called in response to a message I had left for him. After a brief explanation of the problem he came to the house removed the broken cap and replaced it with a new one. This was not a major job but Cloverland's responsiveness and reasonable pricing were a pleasant surprise.

The technician was going to wet-vac the floor in the basement.  The technician put new gaskets on the washing machine and checked hoses on the washing machine.  The basement floor had more water on it after he left!  I thought he was going to fix the leak, not make it worse!  I was very disappointed in this service!  I purchased a new washer and the technicians could not install it due to the damaged floor in the utility room!  The plumber technician told me I don't have any damage!  I eventually had to call insurance who came out and immediately started a claim!  The plumber didn't have my best interest in mind when he was in my home.  He looked around for 2 hours and didn't really get anything accomplished!  I have been told the plumbing bill should go to the insurance company, but the insurance company said I should make the plumbing company eat their own bill.  I feel that Cloverland Plumbing is in the wrong!  I received a second bill in the mail and I haven't even opened it or paid it!  I feel that I shouldn't have to pay him since he didn't even do any work that fixed the issue at hand!  He used his wet-vac, twisted the shutoff valves, and said he replaced some gaskets in the washing machine in 2 hours, but lied that I didn't have any damage!  He saw the toilet down stairs and told me that I need a new toilet because this toilet was running and wasting water.  I had a friend come look at the toilet and they said the toilet is fine.  I foolishly believed I needed a new toilet and have been going to the neighbor's home to use their toilet!  I will use an honest plumber I have found in the future!
