The whole process went great!!! They came in on the 11th and got everything prepared and on the 12th they replaced the old unit with a new Bryant High Efficiency 80,000 BTU furnace. They even went under our home thru the crawlspace and noticed some of the flex pipe was damaged and repaired that too. Very professional and fun group of installers, made the whole day awesome!!!
