RUDY'S BODY SHOP

This is a story about my daughter's vehicle.  They had hit a deer and took the vehicle to Rudy's for an estimate which came out to approximately $2100.00.   The cost was approved by her insurance company and work was scheduled.   In the meantime, my daughter's estranged husband worked out a deal with Rudy's to fix the rear fender and bumper which was not included in the original estimate.   When my daughter went to pick up the vehicle, Rudy's wanted an additional $300 + dollars because of the change her estranged husband made.   This was not part of the contract with Rudy's and my daughter's insurance company.   Rudy's keeps sending her a bill for the additional work and, of course, my daughter refuses to pay as it was not part of the contract.    The insurance company has been informed of Rudy's insistence on paying the additional monies.   The work that was done was ok but he is very unprofessional when it comes to honoring contracts.   Don't use this company for any body work on your vehicle.
