FACTORY APPLIANCE SVC

Description of Work: I called him to see if he could look at the oven in my new house because it wasn't heating anything up at all. I called him and he said he would come take a look at my oven to try to figure out the issue. He came, and he told me my element was not working so nothing was heating properly. He was here for no more ththan 5 minutes and the only thing he did was open my oven door. The following week I called him and he said the new element would cost about $32.00 + $70.00 for the service call. I was never aware that I would have to pay even anything just cause he opened my oven and left. I asked him why he wouldn't tell me it was that expensive to come here (otherwise I would have never accepted his services) and his reply was "any smart person would know that a service call is not free". He was implying that I was stupid which is completely uncalled for. I will NEVER pay him and I will NEVER use him ever again. I couldn't believe he would talk to a customer like that! Also, just so everyone is aware, his name is PERCY. I WOULD NOT ever recommend him to another person! He is rude and completely unprofessional!
