Scott came over and gave us an estimate to replace the sill plates along the east side of our house.  His bid was accepted and he started 2 days later per our agreement. He was able to quickly lift up the house, remove the siding and replace the sill plates.  He was so fast that he continued to replace more sill plates than originally quoted since he had some extra time. In the end he even reduced his price because the job was easier than expected. How often to see this happen! We have more sill plates and foundation work to be done this spring and Scott will be doing the work.

He did a good job.  He is very prompt and gives a good estimate of any costs for the job.  All of the work has gone well.

The deck job went very well. Scott quoted a price for labor only and I estimated and purchased the material. He and his crew came to work when he promised, completed the work on time and within the quoted price, and cleaned the job site very thorughly. I had previously hired Scott to repair part of our roof and found his craftsmanship to be first rate.
