Commercial Snow Removal Service
First, we are happy about the snow removal result. But, I notice extra salting charge for the second month. So I investigated and asked detailed information about their service date and staff. I learned that we only have invoice amount to pay because they do not have any in-house record to prove their charges. Why would I pay if retrieved weather report does not show any snow history for the service date. When I determine to withdraw due to unresolved request for proof, they put over charge twice in new invoice within last 15 day notice day. Should I pay if snow melts itself in March without the need to salt? If professional judgement cannot be made, it is wise to quit earlier.
