I was frustrated with my old lock taking 20 minutes to unlock and called Bill's and he gave me a price and came out and fixed the lock and deadbolt (he was only there for about 15 min) right away....no problems/issues. I would call him again.

The response was quick and he was on time. The work was done very efficiently and correctly, and in a very short time, the house was rekeyed and we were all set. I would definitely use Bill's again in the future and recommend him.

Bill was excellent from the moment he walked in the door. I wanted a deadbolt installed on the front door and even though it was an easy install, Bill pointed out how it would not any security to the door I have. He gave me several suggestions that I could use by simply going to the hardware store and making a purchase.
He also reviewed my door slider and affirmed that the system I had in place was secure.
Bill rekeyed the front door and the back door to put them on one key and provide us with some comfort knowing that no one else had a key to our recently bought home.
Bill could have made an installation that cost me a lot more, but didn't. He was honest and pleasant. He was timely and was here for only about 30 minutes. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Our mom is 91 years old and suffering from slight memory and hearing loss. We had her keyed locks replaced because she was forgetting to leave the keys in the locksand instead was hanging them on a wall with a nail in an adjoining bathroom. My siblings and I were afraid if an emergency happened she would not be able to find they key and would be trapped inside.
When Bill arrived he had the type of lock I was looking for in his mobile truck, but I thought the lock wouldn't work. However, my sister came shortly after he had left to get another one and she said the lock he showed me was exactly the one she had onher door and to call him back. I called Bill, he was just about to have lunch, but he put off his lunch and rushed back and had the lock installed in no time.
Bill, also suggested we replace mom's old storm door which also had a keyed lock from the inside. He suggested a new door because he said the door was so old and where the lock was located it would be difficult to put a new one in and she would have trouble unlocking the door as she does now in case of an emergency. He even gave us a referral for a door company, one I was already familiar with.
An added bonus was that Bill's business is in the same city of my mom's house, no more than 15 minutes away, very convenient.
I wish Bill was close to my new condo, I would have him rekey my unit, but it's simply too far to ask him to drive for such a small job. I would definitely hire Bill again and will definitely refer him to anyone whose looking for an excellent locksmith.

He is excellent. He was very reasonable and I have quite a few locks in my house. He was really nice. I called him and he got me in right away. His availability was quite good. He came out and he was personable. He didn't talk a lot. He did the job and offered me the keys. He was trust worthy. The price was good.

After several conversations over a period of 2-3 days, the job request was completed.

I was very pleased with the service. I called and he was able to come right out and after looking at the door he had to go pick up some other supplies but returned quickly and within about an hour we had new locks on our doors.

I called about 10 days prior and Mark told me that they were going on vacation the following week and he would contact me the Monday that he was back to work. He did ask what type of locks we have, brand and finish, and said he would have the deadbolts on the truck when he came out. On the Monday he got back to work I got a call at about 8 AM asking if I still needed the service and we set a time of 9:30 for him to arrive. He was on time and gave us a choice of different finishes to choose from. He got right to work and checked  with me at each step of the install to be sure what we wanted was what he was doing. He finished the job in a very timely manor and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I had not asked for an estimate prior to the work being done, but the price was right in line with what I expected, so I felt it was very fair. I would not hesitate to use Mark again or to recommend his services to anyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted to get the locks changed as soon as possible. There were some minor issues setting up the appointment time but once he was there he did a great job. He showed up on time and got straight to work. Overall we had four doors that needed to be rekeyed. Once he started work, he realized that two of the doors had faulty locks and needed to be replaced. The two other doors he rekeyed no problem. He gave us plenty of spares too which was really nice.

It was a little more expensive than we were anticipating but that was because we had to replace two of the lock sets. Had we not had to do that portion, it would have been much less. Overall we were very satisfied with Bill and would definitely recommend him to someone else.

My wife and I closed on our new condo and we needed our locks rekeyed and deadbolts installed. I called Mark Konwinski from Bill's Mobile Lock and he was able to schedule an appointment with us for the following day. Mark was very knowledgeable, and was able to recommend the appropriate locks for our needs. When he was finished with the installation he had us check every lock to make sure we were completely satisfied. He also left us with several spare keys, which was greatly appreciated.

My front door lock broke on Monday afternoon. I called Bill's Mobile Locks and spoke to Mark. Mark mentioned that if I took pictures of my lock and emailed it to him he could immediately see what type of lock to replace it with. Great idea! Mark came the next day right on time with replacement locks for both my front and side doors. He was very quick, professional and did a quality job.
