They're very good. I don't deal with them, my husband does. He is happy with them. The only problem with them is, sometimes there is a wait. But at those rates they charge, I can understand why. You have to wait so long sometimes to get it in. The guy who used to own it, sold it to his main mechanic. The first guy, the guy who originally owned it, would come, pick up the car and he would give my husband a ride home because we only have one car - we don't need it because we're not here during the winters. He is done when he says he is going to be done, once you get in there.
