I had my taxes reviewed by H&R Block and found that for the last three years my taxes were NOT DONE PROPERLY...She missed child tax credits, she missed college tuition credits, and she also after doing my taxes two years in a row, on the third year, forgot to add one of my children..and she's licensed?????? Shes about 75 years old, and I think she is loseing it mentally, I would not reccomend her to anyone. The irs has contacted me to fill out complaint forms for each year that was messed up.
