Everything exceeded our expectations. He had one of his men, Don Patton, do most of the work so it took most of the summer to complete all the jobs, but he did excellent work. Always on time; worked all day; was very pesant and professional (licenced). He was willing to do little extra things -we did pay for them. Very meticulous in his work. Jim always had the material ordered and delivered on time or the day before needed ( from Preston Pfether in Harbor Springs). Sub-contracted excellent plumbers and electircians , wxcavators and cement wporkers. ALl work was hig quality and finished beautifully.
