He had to cut through the wall and patch the wall all up. It was a two hour call. He even cleaned up after himself too. The original plumbing in this house sucks and he has replaced almost all of it. My plumber is my friend. He is just a good down home boy, you know. He has become a friend, he has been here so much fixing my plumbing. He is not a well-educated man, but he is very smart. He is very honest and he is very upfront. If you say, "Hey, I've got X amount of dollars to do this, can you do it for that?" If it's reasonable, he will do it. He will be back here a hundred times before I die.
