Jason was very pleasant and very professional. I felt I could trust him right off the bat. He did a professional job and there was no need to worry about wood flooring being switched because he was very honest!! I highly recommend him. You will not be dissatisfied!

Met at store location to discuss floor choices, materials, and timing. Got information on how the job would be done, estimate, etc. They were very responsive. The showed up on time. Worked very quickly and efficiently with each person doing an assigned job. You can tell they had done this before. Gave them a B on quality because there were some dings in wall when done. Not really sure how they would have avoided that though. Very happy with the floor.
