2 months after my 10 year warranty expired on my furnace, my blower motor went out. ..bad luck on my part. 1 month after the one year warranty expired, the blower motor failed once again. They weren't willing to work with me at all on the price. That tells me that they're not willing to back their products. I will not be using them again.

Very well. I have a quite older AC unit. There was no attempt to sell me a new one. Good honest and efficient service. Will use company again and will recommend to everyone.

Called after hours and the service person was at the house within an hour. Very professional and friendly. Put footies over his shoes to preserve carpets. I thought the bill was a bit high, especially for the parts charge which was $176 where the highest price on the net was approximately $90. On the other hand, I think he needed to re-work it in order make it fit. He came out on a very nasty cold Friday evening so I'm willing to pay the extra freight especially after the house became warm and toasty again. I will use this company as my permanent HAC go to people.

The work was performed by the two Cross sons. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient. They explained what they were doing ahead of time. We discussed the placement of the outdoor central air unit and decided on the location based on its size. They tried to place a liner in our chimney for the water heater. They met with the same obstruction another company had encountered a number of years ago. When I told them about the past failure they said they would have tried anyway because they have always been successful in the past. (We intend to replace the water heater with one that is vented to the outside soon.) At the completion of the job we learned about the working of the new thermostat. Plus, I was shown how to read the furnace for any potential problems.
