AWESOME!!! Ray's was professional from start to finish. In the initial phone call consultation they clearly explained their fees and stuck to it. I added a couple of tasks once they arrived but the additional charges were very reasonable. I had them re-key all of the locks on our new house. They did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Ray's Locksmith is simply the best around. Their service and professionalism is the best. I have been using them for the past 20+ years in my office buildings and apartment complexes and there is no one i trust more to come to my house as well. The entire staff at Ray's is great. The are punctual, professional, reliable and very conscience. There is no one else i would use and they are the only Locksmith i recommend. Call them, they will do a great job for you.

The locksmiths have always been professional, and courteous to our tenants. The prices are always very fair, the invoices have always matched the quoted prices, and there's never any hidden fees.

Ray was wonderful! He was prompt, polite and extremely helpful informing me of what needed to be fixed for my doors. He spent a lot of time fixing my doors so they closed properly too and even went out of his way to install a door bottom for my garage side door. I highly recommend Rays Lock Works + will hire again in a heartbeat!

Pleasant and thorough in his work.

Ray's was the second place I called. (The first couldn't help me for two days and I only called them first because they had been rated already here on Angie's List). I am so glad I called them! I explained the situation - that I could not open the door because the door knob wouldn't retract the latch. He said that he could help me and he would be to my house within an hour. He showed up in about 50 minutes. He took a quick look then proceeded to disassemble the door knob/lock/latch and manually work the latch open and get the door open. From there, he removed the latch, which was broken, and was able to replace the part from the stock in his van. He reassembled the door knob/lock/latch with the new part and the door opens and closes like new now! He was very efficient, courteous, and helpful - I was asking lots of questions. :) The charge included a service call fee, the price of the replacement part, and labor. It was exactly what I expected. I am glad to know who to call if I need a locksmith again!
