PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR CLEANING

I got them from Angie's List. I liked them. The machine they used didn't have a hose. It had a round rotator on it and a canister on it. It went in circles. It almost looked like cleaners one sees at school. He had a guy who used a machine to pick up the water, but did not clean. I have never had seen a system like that before. I would probably not use their services again because it could not get to the wall. This machine instead of extracting it was digging dirt further into the carpet. The carpet looked clean, but the method was incorrect. The guy was wonderful. He made concerted effort to get it clean. There was grease. We just got our asphalt driveway resurfaced with oily base cover. He said that they hadn't sealed it. My garage step was all black. He said the reason my garage step was black is because we were tracking that in. When I looked on the seat of my chair, it was grease footprints from the dog. He could not get that out. I love the guy because he told me what was wrong which no other person told me. He gave me good advice. He said to make sure who ever seals my driveway does is well. It should be a hard seal. He was on time. I asked for a morning appointment, he agreed. I had grease spots all over my carpet that what he identified for me. He was very, very knowledgeable. He didn't lie to me. It is a 15-year-old carpet. He told me it was a very good carpeting. I need I need to clean it a couple of times a year. This is carpet is the oldest amongst the condos where I live. He was not mechanical who come in and just do the job. He talked to me. He wanted the carpet to last longer. He wanted me to know want would happen in the future. He was punctual. He was a great guy. I would grade him highly on professionalism. I would use their services in the future.

He was excellent.  He was prompt, timely, and effective.  The carpet really got cleaned.

Arrived on time, did a good job cleaning the carpets, left everything tidy.
