PRECISION DESIGN

Shawn did good job with design of deck and sidewalk. Stated he stood behind his work. Deck work is fine. The side porch and steps a different story. Steps did not stay glued even six months. Called Shawn several times. He finaly sent someone out to look. This worker stated it was because our under ground sprinkler hit the porch. My husband showed him that the sprinkler never hit the porch. Never the less he would not change his mind. After several calls to Shawn not returned we called and left a message that we had a job that needed to be done. Got a call right back. Reminded Shawn that he stated he would stand behind his work and we needed the porch fixed. Stated he would be out but never heard from him again.. Put a whole into our underground sprinkler system putting in side walk. Told us he would repair anything they damaged putting in sidewalk.. Husband showed them where it was leaking. They replaced sprinkler head instead of leak. We ended up doing repairs ourself. They left lawn and landscaping totally torn up. Took us three days of hard work to put yard back into good condition. Also did not feel Shawn instructed his crew very well on what his vision was for the design he came up with for all of the projects. The biggest problem is the side steps to the porch. We constantly have to repair them.
