Payne Restoration LLC

Our project was just over $80,000. Owner Eric Payne and office mgr Sue coordinated everything well from start to finish and our site manager Benjamin was very professional. We peppered him with constant questions and even a month after the project was completed asked about things that didn't seem right and he was right on top of it, getting things corrected. I gave a B rating for quality and professionalism as some of the subcontractors they used I think were a little subpar (mainly painters). However, one of Payne's main builders suffered a significant hand injury right at the start of our project and they had to scramble to fill his workload. The vendors Payne uses for kitchens, flooring, and bathroom hardware are fantastic although I think my wife and I would say Interior Images, while very nice and helpful, were not very organized (they scribbled our selections down on some scratch paper and couldn't find them again) and we did have some slight issues with details on things we picked out like grout for the kitchen. Overall I would absolutely use Payne again. Nice job and thank you Payne. Our home is completely different and wonderful.
