Rick Williams was the owner at the time. He was hoot! He was very friendly and fun to work with. He was very reasonable. It is not cheap stuff. PVC decking is the most expensive decking you could buy. I was pleased with him. He wasn't always able to come when he said he would, but he would call if he couldn't make it or if he would be late. He did a very good job of managing the communications. I purchased the material from them and put it up myself. I bought the decking and pergola from them but did the assembly myself. He was very helpful with deciding the coloring and providing the estimate. We had some communication issues on the coloring and it was able to be resolved before delivery. He thought I wanted tan and I wanted grey. You have to stay on top of the details, because he is stretched too much. If we wouldn't have followed up then we would have had some issues. There are a lot of small details. Overall I was satisfied. The deck boards were all supposed to be 20' 1" and there were 3 deck boards that were 20' 1/4"-1/2" which is causing a bit of an issue. I am going to buy some vinyl railing from them in the future.
