INDEPENDENCE REALTY

The realtor agent Dave V Dovick, failed to provide any documents even when we closed!  Promised they would be mailed but never received them.  He referred a roofer to me that never provided a contract either then installed the wrong cheaper shingles.  The roof leaked so I would not pay the bill until it was fixed.  2 months later V Dovick came to my house and asked me to pay stating the contractor would fix everything after he was paid.  He sent the contractor to my 80 year old mother who he and the contractor conned him into payment.  After that the roof continued to leak the contractor never did fix any of the problems and eventually I paid for a new roof 2 years later along with extensive mold remediation and water damage expenses.  What made me really upset about this is that V Dovick told me that the contractor was a big company had been in business over 20 years was bonded, insured, and would do great work.  I was lied too.   I have filed a suit against him to get my money back for the new roof as the contractor of course is refusing to respond.  He has counter sued me stating my suit is frivolous. 
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
