We took the mower to the factory authorized dealer because it was under warranty. However, the wait to even look at it was going to be 2 weeks and then another week to get the part. We decided to just take the mower here. They are wonderful. They are the nicest people. They did an excellent job and had it done in 2 days. They even gave us a break in the cost since it was still under warranty even though they are not a factory warranty dealer.
