Badly at first. I had to call repeatedly, left messages even stopped in at the store. The service manager just didn't return calls. FINALLY I got through and scheduled the actual service. However, the service tech who came to do the job was excellent. He knows his stuff, fixed it and it's operating better than it had in a long time. Wish I could remember his name but a well done to him.

They were scheduled waaay out - by about 2-3 weeks. I was the last visit on the day they were scheduled to be here but they had to reschedule because of an unexpectedly long appointment right before mine. They were very apologetic and gave me a discount on the trip charge for my inconvenience without me even asking.
On our rescheduled day, Rick called me 40 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he listened to the issues, asked questions, examined the fireplace and switch, gave me the diagnosis and started work. He put a cover down to protect my carpet and cleaned up wonderfully after himself. The fireplace is GORGEOUS now! Better than we first saw it! Rick made sure the flames were the right height and distribution, placed the logs beautifully, cleaned/replaced/arranged all the little glowy do-dads, and polished the front glass. He's a fireplace artist!
Rick is very polite, very professional and one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was patient with me, answered questions I didn't even know to ask, and made sure that I knew all the information to keep my unit healthy. Next time I need any help with my fireplace, I'll definitely ask for Rick.

I had contact the Flame Center because they're one of three Lopi dealers in the area. I needed to replace some gaskets. I sent pictures, serials numbers, etc. After a few short emails back and forth communication stopped. So I followed up and was told they were very busy with builders and inspections, but would get back to me. Now, I can understand that someone spending $5,000 takes priority over some spending $100. So I waited a little over a month, and they still hadn't followed up. So I emailed again and waited another 4-5 days, no response. Then I emailed again a few days later, saying I had another dealer find the gasket, and I was disappointed I hadn't recieved any type of response, still nothing!
I have an older stove and a good chance of replacing it in the next couple of years. I however will look to another dealer. I have been very unhappy with this experience and will most likely take my $5,000 elsewhere.

When we walk into their showroom there is just a ton of things which is overwhelming. They sit down and help us understand exactly what it is that we are going to need. They come out and measure the place before we even commit any money or anything. They give us the service before we even order. They are real customer oriented. We appreciated that they gave referrals for electricians and other people that mom needed.

The workers were very nice and very trustworthy. Our mantel was getting hot, but that problem was taken care of immediately .the total process was probably 3 days from start to finish. We recommend Flame Center to everyone.

It went well. They had to correct the chimney problem. They were quite polite and respectful. They did good work. The most outstanding thing was correcting the chimney problem, which was tricky.
