He was just a super guy. He bent over backwards and explained things and just was very nice. I think the price was probably comparable; I think it was real good. The one time he came and did something he didn't even charge me. His responsiveness is very good. He was real busy; he even had like a funeral home who had called and they were having a funeral, but he ran up to my house and got that taken care of, so I would say that was super because he was about twenty miles away. He's just a very nice guy and I really trusted him, and that's what's important to me, trust that they're not screwing me over. I haven't had any problems since.
