They were pretty good. They were really good about giving me a deal, but I think they 2 vents. I wasn't there when they came, my mom was there, and she said they were fine. I thought their price was awesome.

With the growing concern of dryer vent fires, I felt it was a neccessity. We have an extra long dryer vent run with a booster fan so I felt a professional service was the way to go. Also the dust through out the house seemed to be more present than I thought it should be and we were having sinus issues.They were prompt, very polite and careful not to track any dirt inside. The only complaint I have after they left was that all the dryer lint,which was plenty, had been blown straight out onto my yard. I didn't realize it until my dog had been tracking it in. Also one of the cold air returns looked pretty dirty as if they forgot to clean that one. I didn't call them on it since I didn't catch it right away and all and all they did a good job and gave me much peace of mind. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other service providers that had fully intended to rip me off but VentCorp was not like that. I felt very comfortable having them in our house. Any negitive comment I might have would be understood as just an oversite. No bad intention. I would still hire them back.

They were really good and worked with me on the price. They were very nice to work with and completed the work in a timely manner.

Scheduling was easy, repairman arrived on time with the proper equipment. Did the job correctly. He replaced the foil sections with flexible aluminum, but his suggestion was to use three pieces(two joints). When I suggested that a middle piece be eliminated leading to a result with one joint and two pieces, that was acceptable and turned out to be ideal. I would have preferred that the suggestion had come from them rather than me, but overall the job was well done and appropriate.

They arrived on time cleaned the vents and main line with large suction hose. They were clean and courteous, suction hose was a little loud but not too bad. The whole job took a little more than an hour with ten vents in house.

This company gets a top grade from me. They were on time, very neat, and professional.

Polite and professional. Appointment within 3 days. Prompt arrival. We had A LOT of vents.We were told the estimate included x amount of vents and there would be a nominal charge per extra vent.There were no surprises.The workmen were professional,pleasant, appeared to know their job. The equipment was powerful.The work took close to 5 hours. The next day, when we turned up the heat, there was a whine in the blower. I called and left a message, which was returned promptly, and the crew came back within a few hours and took care of the problem. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company.

When I called to inquire, I was given an estimate on the phone; however, they could have sent someone out. I was also asked where I heard about the company and was immediately offered a discount and also a senior's discount. My original appointment was changed because they needed a part for their equipment. They were very apologetic and scheduled another appointment. They came out, explained what they were going to do, and left everything clean. Each time they came in the house, they took off their shoes. I really appreciated this because many contractors don't care. Whenever they ran into any issues, they would discuss it with us. We were pleased with the job and could tell the difference immediately. The house seemed fresher and cleaner. We were expecting them around noon and they came around 4 p.m. They ran into some problems on the previous job.

The two man crew arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and did a good job of cleaning our air ducts and furnace fan. My only complaint was that they backed their truck up into our driveway and then ran the big suction hose through the garage into the house basement, which in itself was no problem, but the engine exhaust (from the suction fan motor that is mounted at the rear of the truck) got pushed right into our house through the garage and stunk up the house and set off all of the carbon monoxide detectors. If you choose this company have them route the suction hose through the front door and keep your garage door closed in order to help keep the exhaust fumes out of your house. This company needs to invest in a longer exhaust pipe routed either to the top of the truck or to one of the sides in order to prevent the exhaust problem we had at our house.

Totally satisfied with this company on all counts. Estimate process was handled very professionally by owner with no "hype" or exaggeration, just a clear factual presentation and quote. Pricing was complete and reasonable. Work crew was prompt, polite, and thorough.

This company is the real deal. The owner, David Saunders, was very courtious and knowledgeable during the initial call. He even offered to come out to my home to explain the process and provide an exact price prior to the service. The technicians, Lance and Ken, showed up on time and both had an outstanding attitude and knowledge of the entire process. They encouraged me to observe while they worked. I was shocked when I viewed the interior duct work before cleaning and totally amazed how clean they were after the process.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD GLADLY HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. I WAS ALSO SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE.
