The Carpet Guys

The first time I used the Carpet Guys Matthew Wojtkowski did a wounderful job!!!! Then I hired carpet guys again to finish. Josh L. and Brett L. also were great. They helped to put everything back where it was supposed to be, also they took an item to the trash for me. I loved their work. They were very respectful also !!!!!!!

The installer Joshua Laby was on time and very professional. I was smiling ear to ear with his work. He left my home cleaner than I could've done myself. I 100% recommend the carpet guys and Josh to everyone! A+ job!

The representative arrived promptly and brought in 5 sample boards of carpet.  He measured while I went over the samples.
This was the third company that I had come to quote the job so I knew about how many yards I needed already. 
Of the 5 sample boards only one had one close to what I  looking for so I asked if he could show me what else he had in this style of carpeting.  He said that one board was all he had.  So, ok tell me how many yards and how much for this one.  I just picked one.
With Angie's list discount I thought it should be less than the other two quotes I had since the carpet was not quite the quality quoted by the others. 
The base quote on his quote stared out $1000 higher than the other two and after discount was about the same.
Biggest problem was he told me I needed about 50 yards more than the others.
Since he didn't have anything I really liked I said thank you very much for stopping by and good bye!

They were excellent. The carpet is pretty old and I told him over the phone that I couldn't afford new so he said he would come and do his best. He really did a good job. He had a sale going. The price was excellent for the amount of work. I told them I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them again.

My initial call was answered by a very pleasant and helpful young woman, Angela. She answered all my questions and we set up an appointment. I was pleased that the owner, Dean, comes to every job. The appointment was for 10AM. I was told that they usually ask for an hour leeway in case they were detained at the job before mine. They called before ten and said they were running 30 mins behind. They arrived at the 30 minute delayed time. We walked through the house and discussed the carpets in each room. There was a minor problem with the equipment on the last room. The problem was fixed and the job was completed. I am very pleased with the results. Dean gave us some advice on how to care for common spills on carpets. Our carpets are white, so we really appreciated the information. Both Dean and his helper were courteous, clean and respectful of our home. I'm definitely going to use them next time. I would highly recommend them.

Very well. Very friendly first contact, Angie, who made the appointment was helpful and courteous. The carpet guys, Dean and Nate, were very knowledgeable about their craft. Done in a timely fashion = 2 hours total. I will be a repeat customer.
