excellent. only complaint that I had was Bob's assistant left their equipment briefly on our hardwoods. The equipment leaked, just slightly. But this left a permanent mark on the hardwood finish. Not super noticeable, but enough that I can see where the equipment once sat..Otherwise, Bob did a wonderful job. I would hire again.

They came when said they would. They worked hard to get the carpet cleaned most of it came out well but some stains still remained.

WE HAVE TRIED A NUMBER OF CARPET CLEANERS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, AND SPOTLESS WAS PRETTY TYPICAL--TRUCK MOUNTED STEAM CLEANING, SPOT REMOVAL, ETC. SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY.
