After a recent service appointment, I expressed concerns about their pricing and transparency. I was threatened by the owner who stated that if I leave a negative review online, he will publicly reply with my personal information that they now possess - name, address, phone number, etc. This is not at all how business owners are supposed to behave. Positives: They came out same day and fixed our fridge that was not cooling properly. Negatives: - They charged an exorbitant amount ($375 for what should have been $50-80 fan plus $200 for 30 minutes of labor to replace it). - I am quite technical, have repaired my fridge multiple times, and know how to find appliance parts. When I asked about what the specific issue was, I received hand-wavey answers about it being a significant / complex problem. In hindsight, I know this was because I would not have agreed to pay $575 for a simple bad fan replacement. - Upon asking about why the fan was so expensive compared to what I could purchase it for elsewhere, I was told point blank and rudely "We're a business, we can charge whatever we want. You hired me for my expertise and to do the work, not as a consultant." - After calling the office to share my concerns around lack of price transparency and poor customer service, ***I was told by the owner that if I leave a negative review, he will reply and publicly disclose my personal information that they now possess - such as name, phone number, and address*** I now realize that this was not an isolated incident - at least 3 other reviews on Google cite very similar encounters with their owner / staff and in one case a customer was sworn at.

Amazing response. Quality perfect. Very nice to deal with. Went extra mile checking other things that needed attention. Cleaned out dryer vents and replaced vent tubing. Absolutely would recommend him and I am planning to use him again!
