"Hi! I’m so sorry you feel that way. Before I personally left I was completing my walk through which would catch all missed items, I was sadly interrupted and could not finish it. I did also tell you that we come back free of charge to fix anything we could’ve missed! We generally do move in cleans with no one in [Member Information Removed] home, 3 of us worked for 8 hours with children running in and out of bathrooms among other things. We appreciate your feedback& I will address these things at [Member Information Removed] next training."
