We were told by the original company that our system would need replaced. Cost would be $4500, they did not even test the water. We called Miracle Soft Water and talked with John. He came out and tested the water quality (which was good). He inspected the system and did not find anything wrong. He gave us an honest assessment that saved us a lot of money. We greatly appreciated him for not trying to sell us anything we did not need.

John and Paul did a great job installing a water softener and reverse osmosis system in our new home.
We used MiracleSoft for a similar installation in our previous home 12 years ago. In 12 years we had exactly 2 services calls...our system did its job with no issues.
The installation in our new home was complicated by a funky sprinkler installation. John and Paul re-did the plumbing for the sprinklers and corrected several other issues. John volunteered to make a separate trip to run the water line for the refrigerator after it was delivered to make sure the line was installed in the right place.
Good contractors that take pride in their work are few and far between.....I wish every contractor I used was as good as John
