The only negative was our interaction with the sales person that we dealt with. The people who came to our home were great.

They're very professional and very thorough. They were nice and cleaned up everything.

It was great. They were excellent. They did a great job, the guys were very nice, and it was a very good experience. They stand behind their work. They get right out and do the job and they do a very good job. The guy was very conscientious, he went over his work and told me if I needed anything or if there was a problem, he would come back out even if it was a year later, so they stand behind their work. I wouldn't have even thought of that, so if I needed the carpets stretched out a year from now, it would be nice. The price was good too. I plan to use them for my future carpet needs and floor needs. They did such a great job that I said I would be getting back with them.

We were moving into our new home and the owners had the carpets cleaned after moving out. There were many large wrinkles in the carpet. This is a very large area (2100 Sqft). The tech's arrived and said they would try to tighten it but that it appears the carpet was over saccharated when cleaned and the backing was loose. They spent a lot of time power stretching out the wrinkles. They would hard to make it look good and yet not ripping it do to the backing issue. When they finished it looked great. It will need to be replaced but for now they save the day,

Installation went like a breeze. Installers arrived at 7:45 a.m. and finished about 5:15 p.m. Two crews worked tirelessly to complete the job. Ian’s estimate of the amount of laminate, underlayment, pad, and carpet that would be needed was right on. A high quality pad was used. The laminate was staggered appropriately to look like real hardwood. With this install, we now have spaces for a library, exercise area, a home theatre, and his and her offices. We had added two large storage closets to the space to create greater room for storage and more wall space. Prior to the movers arriving to move furniture, computers, printers, exercise equipment, and boxes, installers from Carpet Center and Floors carpeted the closets ahead of the big install, which we mention only to illustrate their flexibility. During the carpet removal process and installation, they also moved from side to side some large pieces that would not fit into our pod, the unfinished storeroom, or the two closets (approx. 6X8 and 6X10 respectively). Additionally, Ian serged a 5X7 piece of carpet to be used as an area rug in the laminate space for us! This company did an awesome and most professional job! Without hesitation, we give Carpet Center and Floors of Howell, MI, our highest recommendation. We are as pleased as punch! We hope to include pictures of the finished product once everything is back in place.
