LOWES

It went very well. The salesperson we talked to was very knowledgable about all the different brands.  We settled on a samsung per their advice. I would have preferred their displays to be organized differently, like price low to high, to aid in the purchasing decision.

 When the installer  came  and I  reminded  him- HE SAID NO..   not on  his workorder  he called  his  boss  who also  said no

I went  back to Loews  and the manager  said  she  would look into it  

I soon  got  a call saying they would  do it  for $55 a tile and I already had the tile /glue/ sealer  I THEN SAID NO

had  I  known  the repair  was  not in the contract price  they  would  not  have gotten the job  in the  first place

They were great.  The price was very fair and it is still functioning.

We had a problem with our door and when we told them our dilemma, their install center sent a person immediately. When I called them to see if they would take the door back after my husband had taken the frame off, they were willing to even take the door back so that we can get a different size and that was nice as well. They were really professional and they called back to see how everything went.

At first
we were a little apprehensive about using a store that had outside
contractors installing the carpet. Lowes assured us that they have a
very good installer who would to the installation.
We were extremely
satisfied with the work "Spencer" did on the installation of our carpet.
He and his assistant were very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job
on our carpet. They took extra precautions to make sure every seam was
done properly and that each of the edges and corners were done exactly
right.
We could not be happier with our new carpet...it looks fantastic!
Since the installation we have had friends over who were
equally impressed with the work that they had done. They said that they
would be certain to make Lowes their first stop for new carpet as long
as "Spencer" does the installation.

They did very well. They delivered as they told us they would. They were punctual, and we got exactly what we ordered.

They were good. They were on time. They gave me good directions on things to be done after they left. It was the third party contractor who installed the garage door for me. They cleaned the place and did not leave a mess. I would work with them in the future.

I chose them because of the financing that they make available. They make helpful recommendations and are easy to work with. They have a good selection.

The installer's name was Joe. He had to come a second time because he noticed a flaw in the carpet. He laid the carpet down anyway so that we wouldn't have a bare floor. He made all the arrangements with Lowes to fix the problem, came back and reinstalled the new carpeting. Excellent service provider.
