They came out in the middle of a deep snow. I had no water. I was out for two days. I was so impressed of the conditions they came out in.

I heard good things about Keller Well from a neighbor even though my contractor pushed for a different company.
They showed up on time, on the date we scheduled for the work. Everything went well, but the guy needed a different PVC pipe and had to come back (did not have all supplies on the truck). No big deal, but they never came back for some reason to finish the job. I'm guessing we could have used the well in the mean time but it was not clear to us so we did not try to use it. Since this is a new build house, it was not that urgent,(plumbing was not in yet).
It's clear that they know what their doing, but communication internally within the company and follow ups needs to improve. I would not pay my bill until the work was finished, even though I kept getting a invoices each month. I did schedule a date for them to come on-site once the weather improved, but they never showed up for that one. The weather was bad over all this past winter and understand that I did not badger them to return after my last request. I was not in a hurry and they were not in a hurry so it worked out for me. But we did have nice days in Sept to Oct. Its probably a busy time to drill wells before winter. At one point they forget they had to finish the work. It was minor and probably a simple oversight, since our contractor did a poor job of documented it.
Finally in April 2014, they finished the work (pvc pipe install) and I was more than happy to pay the bill. I did get some finance charges on the invoicebut I said no to that and they removed it with no hassles.
I have not used the well yet, so the real test has not happen yet. They warranty their work, so that's good. When I use the well I will write that up.
If you hire them, just make sure they write up what they did, did not do, before they leave on paper. Insist on a follow up date and for them to sync up with their office staff that sends the invoice to deter silos.
Their cost was fair compared to the other quotes.

I told them they could come on Monday but they came Sunday and charged extra for that. We still need a new well with an estimate of $5000. I felt that the price was high for a new pump plus labor. I asked for a cash discount and they declined.

It was a very good experience. He rolled in and knew what the problem was right away. He had another tank on his truck and quickly swapped them out. My home inspector had suggested that it would cost $700 to replace the tank; obviously, Keller came in lower.

I ended up firing them. They tore up my yard. They said they would be here at 8:30 in the morning but wouldn't show up till 4:30pm. I was having to melt snow to flush toilets since I had no water. He even went on vacation to Orlando during the job, meanwhile I still don't have any running water, can't shower, can't have family over or anything. He then billed me $2100 after I fired them, but I'm refusing to pay.

We had a drop in water pressure that was not due to clogged filter, so we suspected it was the well itself. Called Keller at 6 or 7 pm, had an appointment for the next day. When they came out they inspected the interior water system and determined there indeed was a problem. They gave me a very clear estimate of what I couldd expect. They outlined each possible scenario, the cost, and possible problems. Due to lightning, they could not pull the pump from the well, so they returned the next morning (again, on time). They determined that the pump was bad, so they replaced it. They cleaned up after themselves, finished the work quickly, and I am very satisfied. We have water again.

They really did a good job. If there are ever any problems, they still come out and check it out for us. They are honest, hardworking, and responsive. We are pleased with the service. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I CALLED FOUR DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE TO GIVE ME PHONE INTERACTION. THEY HAD A VERY GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID.
