We are in the process of buying our first home and needed to get an inspection done. Our realtors highly recommended Dominic and his team to perform the task and I'm so glad we went with him! I arrived at the scheduled time of 1PM to find Dominic and his team already started on the inspection. Dominic stopped and took time to detail the process and answer questions that I had regarding the well and septic. He invited me to shadow him through the inspection but I chose to monitor the first hour from a central location in the home and perform my own visual inspections. Along the way Dominic pointed out areas of concern and made every effort to answer my questions. At the end of the inspection he detailed the follow up and pointed out some remediation tricks that I could employ if I chose to.
Since this was my first inspection I was not sure what to expect but based on my research and horror stories from colleagues and friends, my experience was top notch. Dominic and his team were very professional and knowledgeable and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge in key areas.
