Great roofing, siding and repairs contractor I just had them out to do some repair work for me. This is the 3rd time in 2 or 3 years I have used them. I don't often post praise for contractors, but these folks really live up to their name. They are prompt, courteous, fair and very easy to work with.

Ethical Exteriors was the last company we contacted after getting estimates from 4 other companies. I wish he would have been first because it would have saved me time and worry. Todd, the owner, is very professional and articulate and uses his own crew rather than sub-contractors. His crew is also very professional. They were on time, worked their butts off and did an outstanding job, even going above and beyond when they discovered an unforseen problem under the roof. Their cleanup was meticulous without any debris or nails being found around my house. I can't praise Todd and his crew enough. I was extremely impressed and give Todd and his company the highest recommendation.

The team was very easy to work with. They were responsive, professional, and reasonable. They met every commitment they made. The work was done quickly and the clean up spotless.

This business lives up to its name!  
Todd came to look at our roof after a hail storm to see if there was damage done.  
He was readily available, knew exactly what the shingle was on the roof, even educated me on the shingle. 
He is not a 'make work' kind of guy - a rarity these days. He is certainly an ethical guy and someone that I would have do my roof work going forward!

Todd and his team are one on the most honest and diligent contractors I have ever hired. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys.
I had a leak in my foyer ceiling that only happened in big storms. It was very hard to find. However, Todd stuck with it and came to my home multiple times using different strategies. I am sure they ended up losing money on this, but he never gave up and we finally have it fixed.
It's very rare to find a company these days with this kind of integrity.

Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. Went above and beyond expectations and what other companies would do. We contracted to have the old roof removed and a new one. installed Todd, the company owner, works along side his employees and is on site overseeing every aspect of the work. He is a perfectionist and takes into consideration the character of your home to insure the roof is consistent with your home's architecture. Our home was built in the early to mid 1930s. They even cleaned out our gutters and downspouts, trimmed tree branches over the roof, rerouted the water runoff around the chimney to a better drainage set up, replaced and painted siding on dormers where they extended the ice guard underlayment under the siding, ground the flashing into the brick around the chimney replacing the flashing with copper as they discovered had been done when the house was built but subsequently had been replaced with other materials, removed an unused chimney to below the roof line and made any repairs or replaced materials as needed including those where chipmunks and squirrels might gain entry to the attics, and replaced and had installed new gutter guards. You will be sorry if you select someone else to do your roof. You will get more than your money's worth with this company. Simply said, this choice is a no brainer.

They are really good. They have worked with other people that I recommended them to who have all also been very happy. Pricing is competitive.

The owner was here most of the time working with the crew. They started at first light and worked until dark and only took a break for lunch. The amount torn off each day was only as much as could be finished the same day, so very little tarping was required. I think they did a high quality job on the installation and the clean-up, which happened each day. Guarding was placed over windows and light fixtures in the areas where the roof was were being torn off to prevent damage. They planned on five days to do the work and they finished in that time and did a very thorough and professional job.

I have used them twice. They came and did two separate jobs for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work. They are my favorite ever. The owner Todd Wilson personally comes out and gives the estimate at the beginning. He is very honest. The last time I used them they only charged me about $70 for the service call. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The crew was excellent and they worked well together. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They wanted to ensure that the job was done correctly. They were courteous in answering all of the questions that I had. I was very impressed at the work. I noticed one worker chipping away excess cement on the chimney. They even put a groove on the brick to ensure that the flashing was installed into the brick a little.

The original plan was to install a ridge vent, but that would not work on my roof. They installed a solar-powered exhaust vent instead. They were careful to protect all of the grounds, including shrubs and flowers, with tarps. They even asked the neighbors to see if they wanted to move their car to ensure their car was not damaged by falling debris.

All of the men are trained by the Certainteed shingle company. I was impressed that their whole team was trained by them. Their owner is a 5-Star Select Shingle Master with Certainteed. They are always working to improve and expand their certifications.
