About us
Hello, I'm Jim Vetter I have spent the last 30 years in the property maintenance and repair industry servicing residential, commercial and industrial properties. I started my career in the field, remodeling houses and performing builiding maintenance services. I have managed the building maintenance of some of the largest portfolios in the country (GM, Walgreens, etc.). As a Certified Master Facility Executive, I bring a great degree of experience, industry knowledge and dedication to providing top of the line services, along with outstanding customer care. After spending the last 8 years behind a desk, I decided to pursue my desire of working in the physical world where I could help people. This desire led me to start Eden Property Solutions, LLC. a Veteran Owned, handyman business in Howell MI. I now usse my experience gained from managing property maintenance and repair companies to provide quality and professional residential and commercial maintenance/repair services that my customers can rely on. At Eden Property Solutions, LLC. we put the customer first. We strive to make all your visions come true. We don't settle for less than the best, and neither should you.
