There were a lot of things that I dislike about them.  The repairman that came out to get the refrigerator part said that it will take two or three days to get the part.  After eight days, I called him.  He said that the part was there, but he was waiting for the second part.  He called me when it was there.  I think, that's unprofessional.  They know that it's going to take longer than a couple of days.  He should've called me that he's still waiting for the parts. When he came out to repair it, he's smoking heavily.  It was absolutely horrible.  In addition, his price is high.  On the other hand, he did a good work.  When it comes to punctuality, he was supposed to come here at 12, but he came here at 2.  He didn't even say sorry.

Craig came out on the same day I called to look over all the work I wanted done. He gave me an estimate on the spot and agreed to start work within a couple days. He and his partner Don were neat and polite. The work was spread out over about 6-7 visits, but that was not a problem for us. The quality of the work was fine.
