The Tech called when he was on his way, he showed up in the 3 hour time frame.
The tech (Jeff) wore shoe covers even though I told him no big deal (but in reality I was grateful he did.)
My problem ended up being my fault with soap use and Jeff did the best job in explaining it for me to understand.
