The price was very good for a double spring replacement. He completed the work in about 20 minutes. He also lubrication the rollers and hinges. His work was professional, prompt, and well done.
Description of Work: The spring broke on our double car garage door. Derek promised to come in two hours, but was here early. He gave me options for the repair.

Description of Work: A cable on my garage door broke. We called them, and they arrived the next day while no one was available, fixed the door, cleaned up, and left a very reasonable invoice on the house door. It was easy, quick, and completely successful.

It went extremely well. I will be giving his name out to anyone in need of a repair and I will be having him back in the spring to repair weather stripping around the garage.
Description of Work: I had originally called asking to have my garage door opener replaced. Derek was wonderful. When he came out, he took one quick look at the system and told me that all I needed was to replace a small part which would save me over a couple hundred dollars. He did not have the part in stock and said he would return the following weekend (today). He was prompt and efficient. Not only did Derek fix the opener, he reprogrammed the keypad I have not been able to use in over a year since moving in, and he told me how to fix my lighting issue by installing a sensor light with a brighter bulb. He also took a look at that when I told him it didn't turn on like it should.
