claimed lug nuts were rusted/corroded, tech afraid to apply more torc to remove - break. recommended replacing all 20. sales guy recommended WD40. other sales person never heard of problem. asked for old nuts- NO signs of rust, corrosion. After the fact, Dan, Service Mgr stated swelling, separation, unfounded lawsuit. absolutely no separation. 28 degrees, 18 min drive, no swelling. No service/sales from me, ever!!

They made us wait a long time for the estimate.   When I sold my other car in 2010 the salesman gave me an estimate right with only a short waiting time.  They only would give me $2,000 on the trade for the 2007 Ford Fusion.  I know that it is standard for them not to give much however I would prefer a prompt price without any negotiation.   When we hesitated, they offered $3,000, and then we walked out.  They wanted me to buy another used car that day and I feel that I was pressured  but they might argue that I wasn't.  I am glad I had someone with me.  They do a good job on repairs but you need to make sure you get the price of the repair in writing..  It seems that I was overcharged on a repair of a key when I asked for the price instead of having them write it down.  When I questioned the price, I received a rude response.  Repairs are done promptly and they will give you a ride in the morning.  I would recommend getting a taxi or a ride back.  It seems I had trouble getting picked up a long time ago but don't remember all of the details. .  Some of the staff  are very polite and professional.  I think there is a person named Doug Roberts at the service desk who is polite and professional.  You could try to ask for him if he is still there.  Be cautious and alert when doing business with this facility.  It is better for an unmechanical, inexperienced, or unassertive person to have someone with them to do most of the talking.  However, we have had good experiences  with all of the used cars that we have purchased there.  They seem to all have been inspected as stated, and we have had few mechanical problems with any of them.   They  sell certified used cars which have been fully inspected.

The reps at the dealer were very good.  Made time to review the vehicle with us.
A problem showed up on the new truck before we left the lot and they had a service man look at the truck immediately and repair the truck within 30 mins.

They are very good. Their service department is great. They are very good at diagnosing the problem. I have bought cars from their for years.
