I thought I was contacting a professional business with high standards, however each step after I agreed to the quote was frustrating to say the least. I had to call and schedule myself for every appointment. I was sent a team of young unsupervised technicians who completed messy unprofessional looking work (we had another tech from their company come out the next day as we still weren't draining properly and he was shocked to find out that was work completed by his team and not our own attempt to replace our pipes), I was then told "sorry it looks like that but it's functional". Unacceptable, this is my HOME I have to look at this work for the rest of my days. I then had to again schedule myself for the job to be completed (half the team had a case of the Holiday Blues and called into work on our initial appointment), they were going to send the same young man I just complained about to complete the work. As I am now out of space I will conclude by saying chose elsewhere.

Waaaay too expensive - $200, plus the fee to come out to the house!! Also, it leaked after they were done, although they did come out and repair it promptly the next day.

It was too expensive. I'll never deal with those guys again. The work was good, but the cost was ridiculous. I think it took five hours to complete. The workers were excellent. They should work on their prices; their prices are nuts. I had dealt with them in the past, and I was happy with their work and prices, so I hired them not even thinking that I had to ask about the price. It was into the job that I asked about the price, and it was too late to go someplace else.

Their work was fine, I just don't like the way you have to do business with them. Some people may like it, but I prefer to go with an independent company vs. a "chain type" plumbing business.

Overall it went very well. Purchased a new gas stove and was told it was now code to have a shut off for the gas at the appliance. Awkward position to get to the gas pipe in the basement.  Had to go through the cold air vent on the other side of the wall.  He was able to get it done.

It was very over priced. The quality was fine. For replacing a wax ring on the toilet, I thought the price was excessive. I would not use them again in future.

They came in and cleaned it up. They provided us with some weekly or monthly stuff that we were supposed to use. Our experience was very well. It was our first time using them. They did everything they were supposed to do. They came in a prompt manner. They were very good to deal with. I think the price was reasonable.

Our sink started leaking around the seal of the drain.  I've tried a few times to replace the plumber putty that holds the basket and seals it to the sink.  I finally gave up and called this place to replace them for us. It is a simple job but we have used this company in the past and they are pretty reliable.  It was around the holidays and they were able to accomodate and they had a deal on the service call.  The repair was quick, he did have to go out to Home Depot to get a part and was gone for over an hour (lunch maybe?)  They claim to have all of the parts on their truck but we have used them three times and two of the times they had to run out to the store to get parts.  Not that it is a big deal, they still got it all done in one day.  I think all plumbers are way overpriced for what they do and this place is no different.  However, we have had good luck with them and they do a good job.  They are always clean and professional.  You don't feel like you a letting a convict into your house.

NOTICED WELL PUMP SWITCHING ON WAY TOO OFTEN...CHECKED CRAWL SPACE...FOUND LARGE AMOUNT OF LEAKING WATER COMING FROM BOTTOM OF WELL PUMP BLADDER HOLDING TANK. CALLED BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING AT 11.00 PM THAT NIGHT ...TECH CALLED BACK TO EXPLAIN HOW TO SHUT SYSTEM DOWN. NEXT DAY AT 9.30AM TECH ARRIVED AND INSTALLED NEW BLADDER TANK AND PERFORMED ALL WORK WITH COPPER PIPING (NOT  STEEL THAT RUSTED THE FIRST TANK CONNECTION).WORK TOOK APPROX. 4HRS...LOTS OF CONNECTIONS AND SOLDERING TO BE DONE CHECKED THE AREA FEW DAYS LATER AND ALL WAS WELL, CONNECTIONS WELL DONE AND AREA DRY.ALSO CRANKED UP PRESSURE ADJ. FOR A NICER SHOWER WITH A TAD MORE PUSH. WELL DONE WOULD USE AGAIN

Three days after they came out, the septic tank had clogged again.  They then told me they didn't place a guarantee with their work, and then refused to fix it for me.  I then had to hire a new plumber to come out and take the time to fix it properly.

when he arrived I had the water heater's company rep on the phone who then ran a checklist of tests to isolate the problem.About a half an hour into it he was told to check wiring harnesses on the main board I notice a disconnected harness which when reconnected, solved the problem.My main complaint is the exorbitant price.I called the local manager to voice my concern saying in effect'' how about a hundred bucks for a half hours work" and he said O.K. I will send you a check since the serviceman had already left our home.It's been over 5 months and no check so I am writing to say 'WARNING' watch your pocketbooks with theses guys folks.
