My husband and I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the attention and detail that Robert Smith put into inspecting that house. We called him on a Sunday and he was very professional and informative on the phone. He was able to schedule the inspection around our schedule for later that week and encouraged us to be there with him. On the day of the inspection, he arrived promptly. He was professional and knowledgeable for the entire inspection. He answered all of our questions and gave us many helpful tips and explanations in regards to home maintenance. When he found minor issues, he gave us information on how to fix the problem ourselves. If it was a major issue that required a specialist, he gave us information on how and when the repairs would need to be done. We received his detailed report by email that very evening. Based on his report, we decided to withdraw our offer on the house, thereby saving ourselves many headaches, heartaches and the loss of thousands of dollars in repairs. We decided that should we find another house that we are interested in purchasing, we would not hesitate to contact Robert Smith for the home inspection.
